“It is perfect to be imperfect, because perfection is made up of many imperfections put together that makes it perfect”.
When one strives for perfectionism it can lead to stress and anxiety as well as make oneself too self-critical. It also makes others feel inadequate in one’s presence which could lead to feeling lonely or isolated. Progress is better than perfection. Small steps taken to promote self-acceptance and body
positivity can improves own and others lives.
