Launch OF Gender Inclusive Policy Institute

As a part of this year’s International Women Day celebrations, Cyntax Health Projects has launched Gender Inclusive Policy Institute, a research and advocacy think tank promoting gender inclusivity at all levels of policy-making and societal engagement. The launch policy institute was inaugurated by Dr. Asim Rauf, CEO DRAP.

Launch of Cyntax Health Projects Learning Hub

Cyntax Health Projects is pleased to share the launch of Cyntax Health Projects Learning Hub, an online learning management system designed to revolutionize learning experience by providing a dynamic and inclusive online platform that empowers individuals to unlock their full potential. The launch was inaugurated by Dr. Afshan Malik, Advisor to President FPCCI on March 1st 2024.

Pakistan International Women's Day Conference 2024

Cyntax Health Projects in collaboration with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar organized Pakistan International Women’s Day Conference 2024 on March 1st 2024 for identifying challenges and actions required to achieve best gender parity improvements for achieving different SDG goals. This year’s conference was a resounding success, bringing together a diverse group of individuals from academia, industry, financial institutions and beyond, to engage in meaningful dialogue and share insights on empowering women across the globe.

Cyntax Health Projects-Coalition Ally for Period Positive Workplace Initiative in Pakistan

Cyntax Health Projects has collaborated with Period Positive Workplace Initiative to become a coalition ally from Pakistan to advocate for period positive workplaces, providing Cyntax own researched and manufactured eco-friendly organic menstrual products at workplaces and help organizations get certified in Pakistan. We are also the 1st Certified Period Positive Workplace of Pakistan.

Pakistan International Women's Day Awards 2024

Cyntax Health Projects in collaboration with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar organized Pakistan International Women’s Day Awards 2024 on March 1st 2024 to honor and recognize the remarkable achievements of women leaders who are breaking barriers, driving change and inspiring next generation across various sectors in Pakistan.

Inauguration of Fempower Organic Wellness Display Centre at Women Development Centre of the University.

Cyntax Health Projects in collaboration with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar inaugurated Fempower Organic Wellness Display Centre at Women Development Centre of the University. This wellness centre is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of students and faculty by improving access to a variety of organic and sustainable health and wellness products. The display centre is our commitment towards promoting a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle among students.

Participation at HISA SDG Global Forum 2024 Thailand

Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik participated as a distinguished delegate at HISA SDG Global Forum 2024 at Thailand. This forum is a convergence of visionary leaders and changemakers from various sectors, all united in their commitment to creating a sustainable and equitable future. CXO Global Forum Top Entrepreneur

Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik, CEO Cyntax Health Projects has been honored with CxO Global Forum Top Entrepreneur of the Year award. The award ceremony was held at Governor House Sindh, Karachi on 10th January 2024.

MoU with Medics Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd.

An MoU was signed between Cyntax Health Projects PVT LTD and Medics Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd. marking a significant step forward in our joint mission for menstrual health and wellness advocacy. Joint initiatives will include seminars, workshops, conferences, trainings and advocacy campaigns, all aimed at normalizing conversations about menstrual health among girls and women in Pakistan.

MoU with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar and Cyntax Health Projects signed an MoU beginning of a promising and strategic partnership aimed at strengthening academia-industry linkages and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through collaborative innovation and research. Training session on Gender Mainstreaming organized by Parindey

Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik CEO Cyntax Health Projects facilitated a training session on Gender Mainstreaming for participants of Jari Women Building Peace Program organized by Parindey. The session focused on the different gender indicators, gender impact assessments and gender analysis for the participants.

Fempure campaign at Government Girls Degree College Mathra, KPK

As a part of the Fempure campaign, the team conducted an awareness session for girls at Government Girls Degree College Mathra, KPK. Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik emphasized the importance of proper menstrual hygiene practices, discussed common myths and misconceptions, menstrual disorders and menstrual well-being with girls.

Awareness Session at M.E. Training and Vocational Centre in Peshawar

The team of Fempure through its campaign “Breaking the Taboo: Navigating Menstrual Health and Wellness among Girls and Women of Pakistan” conducted an awareness session at M.E. Training and Vocational Centre in Peshawar. Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik discussed biological processes of menstruation, common menstrual disorders, proper menstrual hygiene practices and safe menstrual products.

An awareness session for girls at Government Girls Degree College Bacha Khan, KPK was conducted where Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik emphasized on the importance of proper menstrual hygiene practices and the need of creation of a supportive environment where girls can openly discuss menstruation-related issues without fear of judgment.

Representing Cyntax Health Projects at Women’s Trade Fair

This year’s theme for 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Campaign was ‘UNiTE! Invest to Prevent Violence against Women & Girls’. In alignment with this goal, National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) and UN Women organized a women’s trade fair, providing a platform for home-based workers and various women entrepreneurs, including those from corporate, small and medium enterprises. Cyntax Health Projects showcased organic wellness products available at Fempower Mart.

Insightful session on entrepreneurship at Cecos University Peshawar.

Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik, CEO Cyntax Health Projects conducted an insightful session on entrepreneurship at Cecos University Peshawar with the aim of equipping and motivating the next generation of leaders to embark on their entrepreneurial journey. The goal was to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical insights, providing students with a roadmap to navigate the complex yet rewarding world of entrepreneurship.

Awareness Session on Period Poverty at Skills Academy for Needy Aspirants (SANA), Peshawar

The team of Fempure, an initative by Cyntax Health Projects, organized an awareness session at Skills Academy for Needy Aspirants (SANA), Peshawar, KPK for young girls and women belonging to refugee and marginalized communities on period poverty. The young girls and women were given awareness on the normal menstrual cycle, myths and misconceptions and menstrual disorders.

Cyntax Health Projects is excited to share collaboration with Ain Consulting Co for providing business registration, accounting and taxation related consultancy services to women artisans and existing women entrepreneurs registered on Fempower Mart at the discounted rates by AiN Consulting Co.

MoU with Connected Women Pakistan

Cyntax Health Projects is excited to share our partnership with Connected Women Pakistan, a thriving community of Women Entrepreneurs, Professionals & Young Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs for promoting registration of women artisans, existing women entrepreneurs, female students and women on Fempower e-mart, developing and implementing trainings for women artisans to enhance product and market readiness, financial literacy and digital skills.

With the vision of empowered women, empowering women, Cyntax has launched “Fempower Mart”- a unique e-mart promoting its own manufactured products as well as the products and services of artisans and different women businesses across Pakistan. Cyntax Health Projects Selection among Top 15 Women Startups of USPWC-Paklaunch Accelerator for Women Entrepreneurs

We are thrilled to share that Cyntax Health Projects was selected among Top 15 Women Startups of USPWC-Paklaunch Accelerator for Women Entrepreneurs.

Subah ki Soch morning show on ABN News

Dr. Madeeha Malik was invited to Subah ki Soch morning show on ABN News where she advocated for menstrual health and wellness in Pakistan. She highlighted the alarming statistics of menstrual health and hygiene in Pakistan and emphasized on the significance of providing safe, quality and accessible menstrual products to every girl and woman in the country.

Guest speaker at Pink Power CEO Conference

CEO Dr. Madeeha Malik was invited as a guest speaker at Pink Power CEO Conference organized by 101 Incredible Women CEO’s of Pakistan at Lahore on June 10th 2023. Dr. Madeeha shared the journey of launching feminine wellness brand FemPure. The event was graced by Deputy Commissioner Lahore Ms. Rafia Haider and women entrepreneurs. The conference served as a platform to showcase the achievements of women entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

Lauch of Women for Women Program

We are pleased to share that Cyntax Health Projects in collaboration with Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry has launched Women for Women Program on February 24 th 2023. The program will help women in gaining increased access to the finance, markets and networks necessary to start and grow a business.

Launch of Pakistan Gender Equity Hub

Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Cyntax Health Projects have collaborated to focus on developing solutions for providing women with equal access to education, entrepreneurial opportunities, health care, decent work, and representation in political and economic decision-making processes for social cohesion and prosperity. To turn this mission into action, Pakistan Gender Equity Hub has been launched on February 24th 2023.

2nd Body Positivity Eating Disorders Awareness Show

Cyntax Health Projects with its collaborating partner IWCCI organized 2nd Eating Disorders Awareness Show “Body Positivity Fashion Runway: Combating Eating Disorders and Breaking the Stereotypes” on Feburary 11th, 2023 at Marriott Hotel, Islamabad. The event showcased women entrepreneurs from fashion industry and showcased their dresses using common common men, women and children.

CEO. Dr. Madeeha Malik was featured as PUAN High Achiever for her latest achievement “Women Leading Change Awards Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship of the Year 2023”.

Launch of FemPure

Cyntax Health Projects recognized the urgent need of improving access to safe and toxin free menstrual products for girls in Pakistan by introducing a new brand “Fempure” in collaboration with Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry which is a complete feminine wellness solution providing eco-friendly, safe, organic hygienic menstrual products along with raising awareness for promotion of better menstrual health. The launching ceremony was held on May 29th 2023 at Islamabad Club and was inaugurated by Italian Diplomat Madam Albana Ferrarese.

Team FemPure's Visit to Punjab Village

The team of FemPure visited a village in Punjab for an awareness session on menstrual health and hygiene management. The importance of using safe sanitary products was highlighted and menstrual wellness kits were distributed among the women. Women also shared their experiences of managing their menstruation through various products. Health.

Soft Launch for Body Positivity Fashion Runway

Cyntax Health Projects organized the soft launch of Body Positivity Fashion Runway in collaboration with Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The body positivity fashion runway is a unique fashion walk being organized by Eating Disorders Association of Pakistan in January 2023 to create awareness of eating disorders and promote body positivity through clothing.

Represented Executive Committee of Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry at "3rd All Pakistan Women Chambers Presidents Conference

CEO Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik represented Executive Committee of Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry at “3rd All Pakistan Women Chambers Presidents Conference” organized from October 14th-15th 2022. On day 1, Dr. Madeeha presented the action model for effective working of women chambers and role of financial institutions in empowering women entrepreneurs. The audience included representatives from DGTO, State Bank, microfinance instituitions, women chambers and business community. On day 2, policy recommendations were presented by Dr. Madeeha. The audience included Director TDAP, Director EDF, Ambassadors from various embassies, US Embassy Economic Advisor and members of business community.

The award highlights women in pharmacy who are pathfinders in their fields, who are rising in their careers and who deserve to be recognized. Out of 100 shortlisted candidate, 20 women from 14 countries have been selected.
